DRIFT BIKES WORKSHOP - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

DRIFT BIKES WORKSHOP - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

TOM REILLY |

We are excited to announce that the Drift Bikes Workshop is officially re-opened to the public.

The rider now benefits from being able to speak directly with workshop customer service who can accurately quote your repair. We aim to provide improved turnaround times especially on the smaller jobs.

We’ve also extended our Workshop hours so you can now drop off and pick up your bike directly at the Workshop from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Should your bike need urgent attention, we now offer on-the-spot repairs for minor mechanical jobs. Repairs will be assessed case-by-case and performed at the discretion of the mechanics on duty.
Our Mechanics are some of the most skilled and experienced in Australia so you can trust that our team will be able to give you the best mechanical advice on your bike repair.

The Workshop carries Newcastle’s largest range of spare parts available in the one location. Our retail side will still cover all the basics and essentials such as chains, brake pads and maintenance products. For more technical applications such as specific spoke lengths, bottom bracket specifics and e-bike diagnostics the Workshop is your go to place.

All servicing and repairs will be quoted either upon check in or prior to work commencing. We guarantee to update you as to the status and estimated completion time of your bike, should it change from the original completion timeframe indicated by Drift Bikes. We also guarantee that any changes to the initial work order will not proceed without prior consultation with you.

Don’t forget we offer same day service via online booking page https://driftbikes.com.au/pages/bike-servicing-and-repairs

The Workshop is located at 2/47 Northcott Drive, Kotara (our old store) directly alongside Roule Cafe.

Come on over and the Drift Bikes Workshop will keep you rolling.
