By booking the General Service & Assessment you agree to a minimum service charge of $140 = 1 hours Labour

- Your up front payment of $70 will contribute to your agreed service total.

- Your bike will be assessed on the day of your booking. You will receive a comprehensive quotation within 2-3 working days of your booking including ETA. 

- Provided all parts are available and no offsite servicing is required we will complete your repair/service within 2 business days from when you confirm your quotation. Note: This is an approximate only but please note we are always striving to get you back on your bike! 

- In the unlikely event that your bike is deemed non-serviceable from our assessment you will only be charged the up front amount paid for at the time of this booking. You will still receive a detailed account of why your bike has been deemed non-serviceable. 

- Drift Bikes uses environmentally friendly, biodegradable degreaser wherever possible and disposes of oils and waste products responsibly. 

- Weekend drop off is available at either of our retail stores providing the bike has an active service booking. Please see store locations and trading hours under the About Us section of our website. 

- Cancellations need to made 24 hours prior to booking otherwise the upfront payment made with the booking will be absorbed.
