What is the availability of 2017 Specialized?
2017 Specialized bikes have already landed however availability is model dependent. Current availability will be confirmed at time of deposit.
When do I receive my instore voucher?
You will receive your instore voucher upon pickup of your new bike.
Is there any limitations to what I can use my in store voucher on?
The only thing you cannot use your in store voucher on is the purchase of another bike. Everything else in store, including workshop, is free game.
Is my deposit refundable if my bike doesn’t arrive at the guaranteed time?
Yes. Drift Bikes guarantees the arrival of all pre ordered bikes within a 30 day window from the date originally specified. If your delivery date falls outside the 30 day window you have the option to wait for your new bike or receive your deposit back in full.
Do I receive my instore voucher if I cancel my preorder?
When cancelling your 2017 pre order Drift Bikes can do 2 things, refund your pre order deposit or convert your deposit into a store credit.
Can i pre order bikes that have not yet been released? i.e. Enduro, Roubaix and Ruby?
Absolutely YES!
