Wednesday 6th May - 6pm til 8pm
This Free evening is designed for any women wanting to learn a few techniques which can be helpful in Pre and Post ride/race stretching to aid performance, recovery and injury prevention. The night will cover some basic stretching, roller work and Myofascial release.
Your host for the evening will be Drift Bikes Ambassador, Su Pretto who has many years experience in this area relating to fitness both on and off the bike.
Registration is essential for this night as spaces are limited.
