Get your new bike delivered in a box. ATTENTION: Whilst minimal assembly is required, basic mechanical skills and proper tools are a must. If your order includes additional items, they may arrive separately from the bike. We highly recommend taking your bike to a local bicycle mechanic if you are in any doubt when attempting assembly. If you decide to take your bike to a 3rd party for assembly or check over of your own work, additional fees will apply and these are at your own expense. If any damage is evident to the box when it arrives please take photos and contact us prior to attempting assembly.
2. Drift Bikes Delivery ($150 - within 50km of store)
Get your new bike hand-delivered to your shipping address by a Drift Bikes expert, professionally built and set up just for you. Your bike will be professionally assembled by Drift Bikes mechanics and hand-delivered to your home address. Our team will contact you when your bike is built and ready for delivery. If your order includes additional items, they will be delivered with your bike.
3. Pickup in-store (free)
Pick your new bike at Drift Bikes Kotara. All bikes are professionally built and set up just for you. Please note, some bikes are still in boxes and can take up to 10 working days to assemble.

At DiroDi, we started a project to design the ideal electric bike that includes all the features required for a premium ride experience without any compromise to save cost. xTreme (the step-over version) and Primo (the step-over version) were the outcomes of that project. xTreme gen 3 is equipped with a brushless powerful and high-torque rear hub motor. For ultimate hill-climbing power, the motor torque has increased by 50% (To 60NM) from 40NM in gen 2. xTreme Gen 3 also has an option of a 750W motor, which is for off-road use only and has 85NM of Torque.
xTreme Gen 3 uses a large size 48V 14AH Samsung battery hidden inside the frame that gives it an attractive minimal look. The hidden battery might make the bike seem non-electrical at the first glance, and that can reduce the risk of theft by itself! It is a removable battery that can be easily brought inside the home or office for a recharge. The battery is located in the centre of the frame, which brings the centre of gravity towards the middle of the bike. This will make it much easier to lift the bike or to ride the bike without any assistance when the battery is flat.
xTreme has an average range of 60-80km range. On xTreme Gen 3, you can install an optional massive 48V 20AH battery. With the second battery, the total battery size will be 2.4 times the original battery size (34AH vs 14AH), which will increase the range to 170-200km. xTreme gen 3 comes with a battery balancer, which automatically switches to the second battery once the primary battery becomes flat.
DiroDi xTreme uses Suntour front suspension forks to handle bumps and gives you a smooth and comfortable ride. In fact, xTreme is solely designed for the rider’s comfort part by part, from the wide Big Ben tyres and an oversized saddle to premium suspension forks.
The Suntour XCM suspension also has a Lockout feature meaning you can simply lock it. This option comes in handy when you are riding the bike on smooth terrain where there are no bumps. Locking up the suspension will help you get a faster and more rigid ride without bouncing up and down when you don’t need to.
xTreme gen 3 is equipped with a Shimano Altus 8-speed gear system. Shimano Altus provides a silent and smooth gear change experience. Having 8 gears provides a wide gear ratio, which enables you to ride really fast or climb steep hills with ease when needed.
Don’t worry about transporting your bike in your car. The xTreme comes with a quick-release front wheel, which allows you to remove and reinstall the wheel in a minute! This can help you fit your bike in your car as it takes less space once the wheel is removed. And of course, later you can easily reinstall the wheel in under a minute.
Braking experience plays a critical role in providing the premium ride experience, which xTreme is all about. xTreme comes with best-in-class, Tektro HD-E350 hydraulic brakes with 180mm rotors. Compared to mechanical brakes, hydraulic brakes provide more stopping power with less pressure required on the brake levers. Moreover, the brake pads in hydraulic disc brakes are self-adjusting. So when the pads are worn, automatically the distance between the pads and the rotor is adjusted so you will always have tight brakes. However, with mechanical brakes, you need to readjust the brakes from time to time.
