Your information is considered confidential and will not be given to
anyone outside of Drift Bikes for any reason.
Warranty
All items are covered by official manufacturers warranty as described
by manufacturer from date of sale. Warranty is handled within
Australia by official Distributors.
Freight
All items sent free of charge within Australia via Express Post within
1-2 days of receipt of purchase providing the order is received before
12:00 noon EST.
We ship many orders each day, the earlier we receive
the order, the more likely it is to be shipped the same day.
If for some reason we don’t have an item in stock, which is unusual,
we will call you the day of the order to discuss the delivery time
frame, the option to continue with or cancel your order and receive a
refund is entirely yours.
At peak times, like Christmas it may take a few days to get your order
out, due to the high volumes.
Returns
Returns are accepted at the discretion of Drift Bikes and must be in
original packaged condition for a return to be considered. Items are
returned at your expense.
